Personal Trainer Overview

Training is specifically designed to cater to each clients needs and goals. I will design a specific training program, diet, and supplementation system that works for you.

I can provide a detailed overview of gym etiquette, exercise selection and demonstrations.

Weight loss and weight gain in the realm of bodybuilding, sculpting, toning, fat burning, problem areas, and general health. Many trainers throw extra cardio, high intensity workouts and restricting more food to target problem areas, however my approach is more scientific. Many times stubborn areas may be the product of not enough nutrients (i.e fat, protein etc) so the body holds onto that extra body fat in response.

Very knowledgeable in a wide variety of supplements and diet.

I believe that something meaningful and valuable never comes easy. Hard work and consistency are critical to reaching your goals, however I am here along every step of the way to ensure that we reach them together.

My name is Preston Gutierrez and I am a nationally certified personal trainer through NSCA. I have over 13 years of experience in weight training, bodybuilding and body sculpting. I recently became certified so I can share my knowledge and passion for exercise and fitness with you.

I truly enjoy educating people on the mechanics of weight training, diet/nutrition, supplementation and healthy lifestyles.
