Personal Trainer Overview
My passion for fitness started when I was young, recently, I just took this passion to the next level by actually becoming a certified personal trainer and trying to change peoples lives.
I currently work in a wellness facility where I am responsible for analyzing a patient’s fitness to improve and maintain their health. I communicate with physical therapists and exercise physiologists to develop specific exercise plans for clients that are at risk for heart disease, metabolic, and lung disease. I also revise testing material when needed with patients that have chronic conditions such as diabetes or pulmonary lung disease to regain their health.

Bio
Philip was originally born in Accra, Ghana and moved to the states with his family when he was young. He studied Neuroscience in his undergrad life at Indiana University. He then studied at Boston University, obtaining his Masters in Health Sciences. Philip’s passions have always been reflected in his life as he served as a dental assistant, medical scribe, pharmaceutical assistant, and currently as a certified personal trainer. His ultimate goal is to help people physically, but emotional and spiritual health is just as, if not more important.
