Personal Trainer Overview
I'm a certified Personal trainer and nutrition specialist specializing in motivating my clients and helping my clients reach all of their health and fitness goals by adapting to their individual needs and specific body types. I customize plans based off a their history and complete fitness assessment and continue to update and renew their programs every month to adjust to the changes the body makes when placed under new stresses so that my clients can continue to improve and get all the benefits our of their training.
Training Philosophy
The amount of weight someone lifts is not important. It's the quality of the reps and quality of the exercise (form) where a client will reap the most benefits from exercising.
Education
I attended Duquesne University for 2 years
After leaving college I took online courses with US Career Institute and completed my certification thru the National Council on Strength and Fitness and am currently in the process of completing my certification for Sport Nutrition Specialist as well.
Bio
I'm a 28 year old fitness enthusiast that has been involved with weight lifting and bodybuilding since I was 11 years old. I began weight lifting for sports and just continued to grow in health and fitness as I got older to where it's all I have ever done. Ultimately I decided I'd like to help others reach their health and fitness goals because it feels so good to see the changes in ones body when they reach their desired level. I worked as a trainer for LA Fitness but decided I'd rather work for myself and start my own personal training company and somewhere in the future maybe even my own personal training studio.
