I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with 6 years of personal weightlifting experience and an extensive athletic background.
I started Pey2Play to be a reliable resource for men/women looking for encouragement and motivation in their fitness journey. I wanted to create a network of positive individuals who are equipped with knowledge on the foundations of fitness and real methodologies that are proven to work. Knowledge is power and I want to give my clients that feeling of power when it comes to their health and fitness.
Team Pey2Play is here to empower you and show people that they can accomplish all their goals by instilling them with the values of hard work, dedication, and consistency.
I didn’t always look like this, but through hard work and consistency I was able to sculpt my body into what it is today, and good news is that YOU CAN TOO!
Training Philosophy
Want results? You NEED to be on a program!
You need to be following a systematic program that is designed on linear progression (progressive overload) will give you the results that you want.
Going into the gym and cherry-picking random workouts to do each time that do not build on each other is NOT going to give you results and neither is doing the same weight in a routine every single week!
A trainer will analyze your fitness goals and help you develop a plan that will work for you. Don’t do it alone! Utilize expert planning and guidance to help you achieve results.

My natural shape growing up has always been very skinny with little muscle tone. Although I have been active and into sports my entire life, my shape prior to lifting didn’t have much “curve” to it and was mostly straight and undefined. While I have always had a little bit of a butt, I have grown and built my booty through lifting heavy and proper nutrition.
