Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
-The next phase is motivation. You use your negative self thoughts as motivation to not only get a better physique, but correct those bad habits that got you to where before you started going to the gym.
-The next step is obviously work. Someone can either worry a lot about their physique and feel self conscious, or get into the gym with a trainer/motivator and work their tail off.
-Once work has become an easy task, diet comes into play. Someone who is looking to build muscle would need to take in a high amount of protein. Someone who is trying to loose excess pounds should take in carbohydrates in order to give them the energy necessary to burn off their excess fat cells.
Education
I have an award for exercise leadership, and I have won a couple teen bodybuilding competitions as well. I have taken numerous yoga classes, Pilates, and many types of stability training.
Whenever I put together a workout regiment for someone who is not in good shape, it is always best to start with core work. I read about this in a bodybuilding article in a magazine called Muscular Development. The reason for this is when you put stress on your muscles, or lift a weight, you are basically expanding the arteries in your body to that your muscles look better, and perform in a better way. If you have a solid core, it is easy to transition between various muscle groups because your core is the center of your body, and the place where most of your blood and fluids are contained.
Enough with muscular training, we all know your heart one of the most important organs in your body. It is responsible for pumping blood to every nook and cranny the human body. Without a healthy heart, and blood flow, it can be very tough to get the right amount of blood certain parts of your body are calling for, if your muscles don't obtain enough blood, they will not work to their full potential, an you will become very fatigued.
