Training Philosophy
Our emphasis is on your full immersion in our principles, meaning that we reach much further than just a training session. We help with devising a plan that accounts for your time away from our training sessions and helps refine areas of your life that will make or break your success. Factors such as nutrition, rest & recovery, additional training sessions, accountability and regular email, text, Facebook and call support.
Bodytrack PT was born out of my own frustrations with my weight, happiness and health. I was out of shape, out of motivation and out of ideas. Uninspired by the island's fitness industry, I decided to make the difference. Since embarking upon my own health kick after starting the business I have lost over 18lbs in two months, eating clean and training mean!! And I'm loving it. I am enjoying the journey with you and look to set an example of what my systems can do. I have trained over 500 people during my career, but I have fully embraced the joy of running my own business and coaching the loyal tribe of clients Bodytrack PT now has.

As I have gone through the years as a fitness coach and then having personally experienced what it is like to gain weight, lose motivation and feel like there is no way out, I am in the unique position of saying that I know exactly where you are coming from! Just as I am doing for myself, I am not interested in just changing your clothes size; I want to help you change your life. To create an everlasting impression and influence on your attitude to training, eating clean and succeeding in your endeavours. Whatever they may be!!
The evolution of Bodytrack PT and its fundamental reason for being was one born out of frustration. I'm sure you will be able to relate! I simply had enough of mediocrity and the condition I allowed my life to deteriorate into. My motivation has been sporadic at best and efforts to really change short lived as I tried to apply different training and diet methods that like you, I was searching for to 'change it all'. This culminated in a stark awakening and a metaphysical slap in the face. I already knew how to train the human body. I already knew how to implement an effective nutrition plan to bring about a revitalised and much needed metabolic boost. So why was I looking elsewhere for the answers? Why had I lost faith in my own skills, knowledge and experience. Why question all that training, study and first hand application of what I had learned to apply with great success? I have rediscovered a powerful force that we all have within, that from time to time, if we take it for granted can flicker and dim to a mere ember if we let it. SELF BELIEF. I am no longer searching for a 'fat loss secret', 'the fast track to a better body' and the 'miracle pill' to do it all. I know they don't exist. The way to achieve what you and I are seeking is hard work, commitment, focus, bloody minded resolve, acknowledgment that you are capable of pushing beyond any limits you have been duped into thinking constrain you and the simple truth, that until you genuinely start taking care of YOU, there is no way you can genuinely give your 100% to anything or anyone else. You are leaving your potential wanting!
