I specialize in helping you take your body and mind to its true potential. my specialties include sports specific training, functional strength and coditioning, nutrition, weight loss, core strength, body sculpting, mind and body reprograming, figure and bikini contest prep. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning.

Bio
My name is Pauline Mitchell. I am a WBFF Pro fitness model, personal trainer and Lifestyle coach. I was born on the beautiful spice island of Grenada. As a child I had big hopes and dreams. I can say with hard work, dedication and a positive mindset, my goals and dreams are manifesting to their true potential. As a fitness professional and lifestyle coach, I believe that a healthy mind is the foundation for obtaining and optimal level of health and fitness. I can’t think of a better way to give back than to help improve someone’s quality of life. I like to think that I am a people person through and through. My drive, desire and unwavering dedication have taken me down many paths, one of which includes my passion for health and fitness. I earned my associates degree in liberal arts and science from Delhi Teach in New York. I went on to earn my bachelors in Exercise Sports and Science from Eastern Kentucky University. Along the way, I achieve a number of personal goals that I had set for myself. In high school I was a competitive runner and achieve national level status in the 800 meters. In college I achieve NJCAA and NCAA All-American status in the 800meters as well. Since then I have followed my passion for figure and fitness competitions. I have achieved great success as a fitness pro. I have been featured in national publications, such as Oxygen Magazine, Iron Man Magazine, Fit and Firm, and FitnessX. I have also achieved numerous awards and accolades as a fitness and figure competitor. My true passion in life is to continue to help others discover their true potential for greatness. Whether it is in fitness or life as it is. My philosophy on life is: To wake up every day with a purpose, striving towards a goal no matter how big or small.
