I can help you achieve your goals whether it be to lose weight, live a healthy lifestyle and get into shape. I can help you reach your goal by taking into consideration your past and present workouts and health history when developing an individualized program just for you!

Training Philosophy

Many become tired of their current fitness routine and need a change. There are so many different ways to keep in shape and tone your body. Activities such as weight training, cardio, stretching, hiking, sports, yoga, pilates and many various types of classes. There is a activity that everyone can enjoy, some just need that extra jump start to begin their new fitness lifestyle. I believe in taking classes such as bootcamp or zumba, these help keep those motivated that are not the type to spend hours in a gym. There are also many creative routines that can be made when working out in a gym and it always helps to take a partner along when headed to the gym. It makes the time go by a lot faster and it makes it more enjoyable. It is also important to take into consideration one's diet. Your diet can help improve your quality of life along with a fitness program. The healthier a person eats, the better they will feel and it stimulates better food choices down the road. With the right diet and fitness program, I can keep you motivated and get maximum results.

Bio

When I was younger, I hated to work out, even taking PE classes in school I dreaded. Once I discovered a gym in high school, I realized it was the place for me. Through a few years of working out in various gyms, I was able to learn enough about all the equipment and it made me want to learn more about personal fitness and nutrition. While attending college I began to study to be a personal trainer and assisted with any help a member would need at the gym. I realized how much I enjoyed showing others how to do correct exercises and how much others benefited from it. Now I am currently attending school to become a Registered Dietitian and I am also taking a course to become certified in group fitness. The more and more time I spend at a gym makes me realize how much more I love to be there.
