Personal Trainer Overview

Workouts are fun, effective and varied. I take seriously the "personal" in Personal Training to make sure each client gets the training he or she needs to meet goals.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is that no one should ever be bored with exercising; there are so many different things we can do to achieve goals. My goal is to increase the quality of life for my clients. I believe that being a good personal trainer also means being a good listener, caring for client's mental and physical health, and tailor their workouts to their fitness level and goals. My clients do not go on a diet, they learn how to make small changes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Education

I have been working in the fitness industry for 9 years. I have taken many classes, certifications and continuing education over these years. I have led group exercise sessions which include step aerobics, boot camps, strength training, lifestlye management, and cycling. My speciality is helping my clients lose weight and live a healthy life.

Bio

My passion is fitness and helping other maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am married, have four children that are all grown. I love to exercise, find healthy recipes so my husband can cook them (really!) and I am a big believer in continuous learning. I love to read, scout out new exercise ideas, and take classes. My husband and I like to travel a bit and love to ride our bicycles.
