Personal Trainer Overview

Greetings from Cornerstone Fitness! My name is Patrick Howe. After being drafted in 2003 by the New York Mets and working with some of the best trainers in the world, I decided I wanted to change peoples lives in a positive, healthy, and inspiring way. As a personal trainer, my job is to positively motivate you to achieve the specific fitness goals you have in mind. I design and integrate individualized, corrective, and goal specific fitness programs to achieve optimal results and push you to levels you never thought possible! If you're looking for fun, challenging, and invigorating workouts, then I'm the personal trainer for you!

Training Philosophy

As a personal trainer, my job is to positively motivate you to achieve the specific fitness goals you have in mind. I design and integrate individualized, corrective, and goal specific fitness programs to achieve optimal results and push you to levels you never thought possible!

Interval training is a staple of all all my training sessions. Studies show that 20 minutes of high intensity interval training burns as many calories as one hour of moderately paced cardio. Why spend hours at the gym when you can get a phenomenal workout in half the time? I incorporate free weights ( barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells,etc) into all my workouts to help build long, lean, sexy muscle and boost your metabolism to help melt those unwanted pounds off.

Diet is a key factor in looking and feeling great! I encourage a healthy, all natural, organic diet free from high amounts of sugar and processed carbohydrates. The results are amazing!

Education

Completed classes in biology, kinesiology, biomechanics, psychology, and first aid. Trained with several high caliber athletic trainers and learned about weight lifting, flexibility, and corrective exercise. Three and a half years training experience.
