With more than 20 years experience in training clients ranging from total beginners to advanced professional athletes we can help you get the results you want at the fastest possible time frame.

Our training programs are designed to fit today's busy lifestyles. Our clients get excellent results by training with us only twice per week.

Training Philosophy

Our training system is based on the training principles used by most successful European coaches. This form of training shakes the body out of its plateau and quickly speeds up metabolism into the fat burning zone. Each exercise trains multiple muscles simultaneously saving you time and speeding up results. In contrast to traditional training, this form of functional training gives you strength that you can actually use in your everyday life. You will look toned, feel stronger and energetic and perform better in your everyday life activities.

Bio

Panos begun his coaching career as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach initially working with teams and competitive athletes and later transitioning to smaller private fitness facilities where he was able to offer a more individualized training program using his acquired experience on effective training protocols. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Panos continued his graduate education pursuing his Master's degree in Exercice Physiology. His goal was to integrate his personal training experience with his exercise physiology knowledge in order to provide a new level of fitness coaching which would appeal to both the casual individual as well as the competitive athlete.
