A big part of the Honestpt concept is NUTRITION! What are you putting in your body so it functions the best? Finding the foods, and finding a food plan that is right for YOU, because it's different for everyone!
The Honestpt's will talk a lot about how STRESS is affecting YOU. Part of the holistic plan is to understand how stress can affect you and what are the best action plans for you to handle stress.
Lastly, we just like to have FUN! Movement is PLAY! Find things that you enjoy and that make you smile!
