Personal Trainer Overview
In order to achieve success you have to follow a life program that includes lifestyle nutrition planning, cardio, and resistance training. It is also important to be realistic and develop a routine that fits every individuals lifestyle. Together we can figure out what is going to work for you and more importantly give you the highest percentage of success. I am not only a fitness professional, but also a coach that will organize this routine and monitor it with (optional) measurements of body fat, body circumference, and weight, along with being there for my clients at all times to answer questions and concerns. Success can only be achieved through commitment and I am committed to my clients.
Training Philosophy
I believe in working the full body in a variety of ways to ensure that we never do the same workout twice. It is important to keep the routine fresh both physically (so you constantly shock the body, increase heart rate, and burn more calories) and mentally, so that the routine never lags and you do not know what is going to come next) I am also a big believer in SAFETY and INJURY PREVENTION. We will work hard, but also smart to help minimize injury. Remember pushing it to the limit with no regard for injury will land you on the injury list, and that will bring your routine to a screaching hault.

I have experience in weight loss training, group exercise/ bootcamp classes, training for special populations (ie: seniors and injury recovery), sports specific, and lifestyle management.
Bio
I have been in the fitness industy for over over 10 years. During that time I have worked in gyms, private homes, and as a group fitness instructor. I only work with people who are serious about making a positive change in their lives, and I will give them that same commitment to ensure they achieve success.
