Personal Trainer Overview
I train in a "functional" way using my clients own body weight as a tool for personal development using high motivation and praise! I also implement stretches in ways that will increase your range of motion, and increase your every day daily activities.
Training Philosophy
Work hard, play hard !!!
Don't workout and injured body part .... just workout another body part.
We will train Ab's everyday even if it's just in between sets.
If you don't have ab's (the core) in your workout you don't have anything.
Education
Background in Martial Art.... (born into the art form) I teach, and still compete wining Grandchampion honors.
