Personal Trainer Overview
We base our training off a persons Goals, Baseline Fitness Testing and Health History. We then design a workout and nutrition plan that is individualized and helps the client be successful in accomplishing their ultimate fitness and health ambitions!
Training Philosophy
Our training philosophy is totally based off clients needs and desires. Majority of the time we have clients that are training for weight management and our workout regimens are focused on maximizing their fat loss. We discuss the importance of lean body mass to supporting a healthy metabolism and how it will help you maintain the results of fat loss and the current trend of lean body mass reduction after the age of 30 and how that effects your metabolism. Majority time with our clients we focus on the strength component with a little cardio mixed during our personal training sessions and give very precise cardio homework assignments or encourage them to come to our complimentary bootcamp classes! We also design our healthy eating plan based off their goals and have our Staff Registered Dietitian explain the importance of moderation, portion control and quality of food. Our Registered Dietitian also takes every client on a grocery store field trip! We conduct baseline anthropometrics and baseline fitness testing to show measurable outcomes and results with our clients. We hold ourselves to high standards just like we hold our clients accountable to maintaining our fitness and nutrition recommendations!

Bio
I have always been a fitness enthusiast and saw personal results with how eating correctly and exercising the correct way was beneficial with sports performance. I went to school to become a Registered Dietitian and during college I became a personal trainer. After college I worked in the clinical setting and quickly realized that was not the sector of population that was receptive to making lifestyle changes to improve their own health status. I continued to Personal Train on the side and received great results with my clients and quickly I could no longer train all my clients so I started hiring qualified trainers that could continue the level of training I trained my personal clients. Today the business has continued to grow at an incredible rate and we now employ 10 Personal Trainers that have maintained the highest quality of service just like when I started the business!
