Personal Trainer Overview

I specialize in helping people with busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. I start my training process by asking lots of questions about goals, exercise history, past injuries, etc and combine that with information I gather through assessments to build the perfect training plan for your wants/needs. I then meet with my clients 1-4 times/week to teach and execute that plan.

Training Philosophy

I believe strength is one of the most important factors in having a high quality of life. Training for strength is also one of the most confusing things to train when it comes to fitness. That's where I come in! I help my clients improve their strength safely by teaching proper technique using weights, bodyweight, and resistance bands.

I am a positive thinker that focuses on encouragement to build my clients up instead of breaking them down. I meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and progress you from there.

Bio

My name is Nick. I love my family, fitness, and helping other people achieve their health and fitness dreams. I specialize in helping people with busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. I have 2 girls under the age of 4 and run my own business, so I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and knowing how to optimize that time.

I've been involved in fitness my whole life. I grew up playing lots of sports in the San Francisco Bay Area. In high school, I became a middle distance runner and went on to run at UC Berkeley. I enjoy staying fit so I can be strong, move well, have the energy to spend time with my family, and run a Spartan Race here and there.
