Nicholas takes a holistic approach to health and fitness that incorporate cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle balancing.

Each program is custom designed to fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your personal goals. Depending on your goals your program may included elements from these various practices.

Your training sessions will be in an exclusive and private boutique gym conveniently located in Little Italy.

Nicholas is a not only a trainer but a Holistic Coach. He focuses on physical rehabilitation of injuries, movement, nutrition, exercise,  and how they relate to common goals such as fat loss, gaining muscle, body sculpting and well being. Always striving for excellence, his goal is to teach others how to create the conditions, and the environment, for a complete physical and lifestyle transformation. Accomplished not only through fitness training and nutritional counseling but by looking in depth at your physical, and emotional well-being. Nicholas will not only help you achieve your personal fitness goals but will give you the tools to transform your life.

Nic has over 10 years years of experience in the fitness industry, ranging from personal training, to CrossFit, to corrective and functional moment programming. He has been fortunate to not only coach at some of the top gyms in the U.S., but also had the opportunity to coach over-seas, bringing CrossFit to Indonesia. After working with Gold's Gym, 24-Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, and CrossFit, Nic decided to start Furious Fitness. He realized in order to really help people achieve their fitness goals, he had to utilize athletic methodologies and movements from various practices including:
