Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is to do a circuit based around one of the power lifts. An example is on Monday the concentration may be squats so you will do 2-3 squat variations within the circuit and no more than 2 exercises concentrating on any other body part. I intersperse short bursts of cardio with body weight training as well as kettlebells and medicine balls to get your heart rate up. The mixture of heavy resistance training and cardio bursts makes your body a fat incinerating machine.

Bio
Like most trainers I have been involved with sports most of my life. My interest in sport led me to become a trainer. Being a trainer was not enough for me so I opened my own gym. I can identify with various issues people might have as I have been underweight as well as overweight. As an adult I have been 156 to 234 pounds. I currently play Australian Rules Football, compete in Adventure Races, and am striving to become a black belt in FitranX. My personal records are 20 pullups at 220 pounds, 385 pound squat, 300 pound bench, 415 pound deadlift, 450 pound hex bar deadlift, 500 pound rack pull, 12:30 2 mile. It is my goal to make my clients strong, lean, and sexy. If you do not want to lift heavy weights or want to complain all the time I do not want you at my gym. If how ever you are willing to do what I ask of you the results you can attain are remarkable.
