Personal Trainer Overview

It's extremely important to understand what a clients needs are before any program can be designed. Having said that the most effective way to train the body is to challenge it with as much variety as possilbe. Keep the body guessing and it will continue to change.

Training Philosophy

It's extremely important to understand what a clients needs are before any program can be designed. However, each one of my clients receives a nutrition plan, a cardio plan, a flexibility plan, and a resistance training plan. Each component is carefully thought out for the client and when all 4 components work together the client will see amazing results.

Education

Hold a degree in business and a minor in nutrition from San Francisco State University. I am certified to offer nutrition information which most trainers are not. I also have been certified to use kettlebells and TRX suspension training which are great modalities for fat loss. I hold group classes and bootcamps as well as offer the personal training or buddy training. I work in a very nice private training studio that offers clients the best equipment to help them achieve their fitness goals.

My decision to become a personal trainer came from the value I place on people. From a very young age I was fortunate to come across some of the best coaches and personal trainers in the world who taught me so much. They gave me direction, inspiration, and a wealth of knowledge that I teach my clients with everyday. I place this same value on the people I meet today and also wish to offer them the direction, inspiration, and all the knowledge that I have been blessed with in my life.

I am very committed to improving the health and fitness level of every person I come in contact with, whether they are a complete beginner or the most advanced athlete.
