Personal Trainer Overview
I am an expert in women's fitness and have dedicated my life goals to help women get fit and healthy. I have worked with hundreds of women and understand what women want and need in terms of transforming their body - losing weight, body fat and inches. I offer personal training for individuals, buddy sessions, small groups and boot camps for women.
Training Philosophy
All of my workouts include cardio, strength, flexibility and cardio. I also incorporate kickboxing, yoga and Pilates in workouts quite often so you will never get bored or plateau. I am a fitness enthusiast and have been exercising religiously for over 35 years. My middle name is motivation. It's very important for me to establish a connection with each and every client and get to know and understand what makes them tick and more importantly what they like and don't like to do in terms of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. The first half of your first personal training session will consist of discussing your short and long term goals, obstacles and outlining a specific plan that will help you achieve your goals in a given period of time.
Education
BA Psychology from California State University, Northridge
Former Aerobics and Step Class instructor. I have also taught water aerobics, fitness yoga and Pilates. Every year I attend various seminars and workshops to learn new training skills and educate myself on the latest fitness trends and updates. I am constantly studying and various fitness and health articles
so I can rely some of the important information to my clients.
Bio
Born and raised in LA. You can take the girl out of the city but you can't take the city out of the girl. I love the outdoors and spend as much time as I can being active including tennis, biking, walking, running, hiking in addition to my weekly exercise program of boot camp, yoga, etc. I enjoy being with friends and family and my doggie Louie.
