Personal Trainer Overview

I employ a well rounded approach to training, asking a lot of questions to find out what you're training for and why. How you reach your goals depends entirely on YOUR goals, and is very individual. We'll talk about nutrition, sleep, and stress as well as physical fitness. I train for what you want to do, and want you to be able to move through life freely and comfortably, able to do the things you want to do whether its to walk pain free after an injury, or be at the top of your sport.

Training Philosophy

I specialize in functional fitness...training for your specific goals. Everybody is different, and I use a variety of ways such as movement assessment, flexibility, posture, nutrition, and strength training to help you reach your goals. I'm a great person to be accountable to, I'm here to guide you on your path to a better way of life!

Bio

Morgan grew up in Colorado skiing and backpacking. He has since visited all seven continents and climbed four of their highest peaks. After meeting his wife at the South Pole, they attended school together to become personal trainers where he has developed a belief in a well-rounded approach to fitness in order to be happy and pain free for life. He is certified through Fitness Professionals International, ACE personal trainer, and holds a certificate in Body Weight Training.
