I had been working as a personal fitness trainer and lifestyle fitness coach with Baer Fit Personal Training for over 4 years. I teach and have taught group classes such as weight training, core conditioning, and Bollywood style cardio dance. I have recently branched out and started my own training company, and within the first three months opened my own 2,000 sq ft training center. I plan to continue to grow to help as many people reach their goals as I possibly can. I have worked with many clients that have accomplished great success through my proven system that combines weight training, cardio and nutrition based on each individual client and their needs.
