I believe that the source to accomplishing goals is strength. We focus on strength training knowing that this will lead to weight loss and better total body composition.

Training Philosophy

i believe that the best way to make progress is through trust. You have to trust the process, be honest and truthful and this will help you reach your fitness goals. So much of training is developing healthy habits. This also takes trust.

Education

I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. I have been personal training for over 20 years. I focus on strength training but i am also experienced in a variety of conditioning methods such as kettle bells, sleds, tire flips, and battle ropes.
