Personal Trainer Overview

My methods are determined by the client's goals, needs, limitations and individual structure. Through my study of anatomy, joint mechanics, physics and physiology, I am able to create and modify exercises for a specific client. All exercises and workouts are chosen around the client's goal, but also what they are currently capable of doing. Safety, effectiveness and efficiency are my priorities when training a client.

Training Philosophy

Sometimes a personal trainer will say "I train every client the same way I train myself." This is wrong. The only way to train a client is the way that is best for them. Careful progression of exercises and workouts is also important. Starting at a baseline(client's current ability) and working up from there ensures continued progress, and prevention of injury or soreness. This mindset guarantees a great workout experience.

Bio

I have been a personal trainer since 1996. Since then, I have trained clients of all types with great success - seniors, teenagers, executives, housewives, post rehab patients, and those with special needs. I am a dedicated student of exercise and I am always developing new methods of safely challenging the body.
