Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
We were born to move. We learn or practice inactivity as we get older. Clients are taught to have fun with exercise and are taught the importance of it and the theories behind it. Since you can't exercise yourself skinny, food choices and lifestyle are talked about a lot.
I am a wife and mother of three boys including an 18 year old on his way to college and I personally lost 30 pounds and have kept it off for years,I believe in a soft but firm approach. I become a client's biggest fan and I know how how hard the process can be. By the same token, I know the self talk that can sabotage the process and I don't tolerate it.
