I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry because of all that I have learned educating myself and from the people around me. I love my career choice. I love helping others achieve their dream body and learn a healthy lifestyle.

I have been where many of my clients are when they come to me. Anyone can find a trainer to tell them what to do, but it's not every trainer that can understand the emotion behind needing to get in shape, feeling frustrated and sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I can.
