Personal Trainer Overview
We will work together to achieve symmetry and strength by utilizing functional movement patterns. Programs may include high intensity interval training, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, ropes, sleds, sandbags, suspension trainers, Fly Gyms and anything I know will keep your body guessing to deliver results!
Your sessions will have you jumping, running, lifting, throwing, twisting, pushing and pulling. All the natural movements your body thrives on and was built for. Whip, Smash, Flip, Push, & Pull your way into fitness! Challenge your body and it will change.
