Personal Trainer Overview

Hi! My name is Michele! I offer personal training, private yoga instruction, and group classes online, so you don't have to worry about wasting time driving somewhere. You get the same great workout in half the time! I also offer private classes to families so everyone can involved at once!

I help women finally lose that weight and keep it off by using sensible and healthy goals through habit stacking. No crazy diets or supplements here! No super long workouts and stressing your body even more. No more feeling terrible after something stops working.

I always start with goals setting and work with you to create new habits so that any changes you make will stick. By slowly stacking new habits you will be able to create lasting changes and will see your health and fitness improve.

For those who are interested, I also work on lowering stress through deep breathing, mindfulness, and reframing thoughts. These simple practices done right can really help to lower stress and clear your mind.

Training Philosophy

I use efficient workouts that help you to become fit, healthy, and strong. Correct form and alignment are taught to prevent injury and to train your body correctly.

I try to set my clients up for success by finding out what they will be able to stick to and what works for them.

Education

I have my doctorate in physical therapy and 200 hour yoga certification.

Bio

I have been a physical therapist for 15 years and have a passion for health and fitness. I have 4 kids from the ages of 4 to 14, so I get what a busy life means and the struggles that come with that. I have struggled over the years to find time to exercise or eat healthy, but have developed some simple habits that help me stay on track. I love helping other women and families develop new habits and find an exercise routine that is safe and effective.
