I look at myself a Personal Motivator more than a Personal Trainer. I feel my role in your fitness journey is:
1. Help you set realistic goals.
2. Develop a training program which is both challenging a doable.
3. Work with you to overcome roadblocks to achieving the goals we have set.
4. Being a cheerleader for you both when things are going well and especially when things appear not to be going as planned.

Bio
My personal fitness journey started the way many people's journey does. I was a pack a day smoker, I did not have the energy or endurance that I wanted and I starting to have medical issues.
I started working out and found not only was it both medically and mentally beneficial, but I actually enjoyed it. I became a personal trainer because I want to help other in the 50+ age bracket live active healthy lives.
