Personal Trainer Overview
Michael personal trains, coaches and lectures. He teaches groups classes as well as one on one specialized training in movement, strength, mobility, flexibility, weight loss and returning his students back into functional overall humans. He is available also for company lectures on fitness and nutrition, and also makes himself available for interviews on these subjects.
Training Philosophy
Every person must not forget that they can move. I spend time with people determining thier capabilities and build a program based on something that will challenge them. Very simple. It’s all a very progressive method. I call it the Progressive Movement Method. It works overall strength and mobility. From people just needing to get back in shape, to the seasoned competing athlete.

Bio
Michael has been involved in the martial arts for over 35 years. He also has trained in gymnastics conditioning, Qigong, yoga, and movement. He has trained under some of the most respected teachers in the world.
