Training Philosophy
First and foremost is meeting the client where they are. While I want you to work hard, it is important to set a foundation where you can safely perform the fundamental movements during training. After that, we can train hard, safely accomplishing your goals. We primarily use kettlebells, barbell, bodyweight/suspension training, sandbags and medicine balls. You won't find machines in my programs.
Meal planning is available, with healthy eating plans, no diets or MLM meal replacements.
In my personal experience, I've lost 100 pounds, as well as trained as an athlete. Different goals, but one mindset.
Exercise, nutrition and rest get mentioned a lot, but mindset is the missing link for so many.
