Every person has the ability to pursue a healthy life. I focus on educating my clients about nutrition, core strength and flexibility. Depending on the goals of my clients, I will customize a fitness program that will meet their needs for now, and the years to come.

Bio

I am a career firefighter for 15 years and a father of two teenage boys.

I am a dedicated nutrition buff and believe in fitness that can be obtained and maintained realistically.

My goal for everyone is to be able to enjoy a quality life that is absent of avoidable conditions due to sedentary choices. Get active and productive. Life is too short to be sitting on the couch.
