Personal Trainer Overview

The PURE PHYSIQUE personal training program is designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and improve your quality of living with a half-hour high intensity workout performed 2-3 times per week.

Our prime objective is give you a workout that will stimulate muscle development and encourage fat-loss while minimizing the total stress and “wear and tear” placed on the body from exercise.

The workouts in this program are safe, efficient and effective in getting you the results you want with minimal time commitment.

Bio

Michael Lipowski is the owner of Pure Physique Personal Training Studio in Shrub Oak, and the author of PURE PHYSIQUE: How to Maximize Fat-loss & Muscular Development. He is also President of the International Association of Resistance Trainers (IART), co-founder of the Drug Free Athletes Coalition and a professional IDFA natural bodybuilder. He holds a B.A. in Physical Education from Ohio Wesleyan University and became a Certified Fitness Clinician with the IART in 2001 before succeeding as the organizations president in 2008.

Michael’s expertise in high intensity training, time-efficient exercise and nutrition has resulted in him writing for, and being featured in, numerous health and fitness magazines, fitness books, and websites including: Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, Men's Fitness, Exercise for Men Only, Men’s Exercise, and Fitness & Physique, among many others. He has also been a guest on several health and fitness radio shows, including Let’s Talk with Dr. Sheila and Dr. Fitness and The Fat Guy Show as well as a speaker/presenter at several workshops and seminars.

In addition to his own book, Michael has been a contributor to three other books and is co-producer of Fitness Bride: The Ultimate Wedding Workout DVD.

2009 Michael was the personal trainer for Men's Fitness magazine's Fat-to-Fit Challenge winner.

2010 he was named one of Westchesters "40 Rising Stars Under 40" by the Westchester Business Council.
