Our vision is to reduce America’s obesity rate and instill solid foundations of nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. Formal Fitness makes health and nutrition interesting and fun. We believe that strong fitness and nutritional fundamentals lead to strong individuals and communities. Bio

I played football and baseball throughout school and learned the basic fundamentals of working out during that time. What I realized though is that our coaches kind of knew how to workout and taught us what they knew, but there was a better way. When I was 18 I walked into LA Fitness and asked if they were hiring and they said they would bring me on as a personal training and would assist me in getting certified. I went to Penn State Berks and signed up for a B.S. Kinesiology program and the rest was history. At 33 years old since I started training at such a young age of 19 I have a lot of experience. I spent 5 years at La Fitness before starting Formal Fitness Training LLC. I have worked with over 500 people over the years and I believe that I can work with just about anyone. Trust me in your health and fitness goals and lets make it happen!
