With my training I focus more on functional body building, I want my clients to become stronger, move well and feel great. We will use a lot of tempos in our lifting and focus on quality of movement
I motivate my clients by connecting with them tell them about my fitness journey to let them know that I have been in the same spot as them and we are on this journey together
I am motivated by seeing my clients achieve things they thought were once impossible and watching their confidence grow
