Personal Trainer Overview
After your initial assessment and consultation I will prepare a comprehensive plan that matches your personality and will help you achieve your fitness goals. Your workouts will never be boring since I integrate multiple training methods proven to get results!
Training Philosophy
After losing over 100 pounds I learned the importance of motivation in becoming healthy and maintaining a fit lifestyle. Not only do I have the expertise but I know what the journey is like. Let me be your motivating force, teaching and guiding you to reach your goals. Becoming healthy is not about running on a treadmill and eating salad until you can't stand it anymore (who wants to do that?) but is about changing your mindset on what encompasses a healthy lifestyle and how to turn your goals into reality. I push you to go beyond your limits especially when it gets tough and I won't let you just give up. The journey will not be boring with me by your side as variety while remaining consistent in your training will get you to where you want to be.

Bio
Are you willing to try new and exciting workouts, keeping it fresh so you do not get bored with the same old routine? Me too! It is so important to me to make living a healthy lifestyle fun and interesting. That is why everything I do, from eating healthy to working out is fun and full of energy. I do not just do regular road races and I am not satisfied with running on a treadmill week after week and jumping on the same machines in the gym. Whether it is running a mud obstacle course, checking out the local Crossfit gym, to rock climbing I find ways to make everything I do exciting and off the beaten path. Go Rogue or go home is what I say!
