Personal Trainer Overview
Don't let the word "Pilates" fool you! We offer a range of classes and many are boot camp style. Others are for rehabilitation and stretching. We are a boutique Pilates equipment and fitness center. We have reformers, cadillacs, chairs, towers, TRX suspension and RIP training, cycling, barre, yoga and more. Our instructors have over 1000 hours of Pilates training hours and continue their training. Personal and group training is available.
Training Philosophy
Creating a smaller class sizes enables us to watch form and better enable injuries. We offer classes that focus in both contemporary and classical formats. Having a variety of other classes such as TRX, Barre, Yoga, cycling and more, we hope clients find Pilates Plus to be their one stop fitness shop.

Melissa Peda has been interested in health and fitness from a very young age. Watching her mom battle Multiple Sclerosis helped her begin to study the effects of food on disease. Later she would find that she held a gene called MTHFR which can be linked to many different disorders. She became even more interested in the effects of food, and eventually became certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition. She considers herself very well rounded in all areas a health and healing and loves helping others learn how to thrive through diet and exercise.
