I'm an NASM Master Trainer and Instructor who works with people of all abilities, ages, and shapes; from general fitness to professional athletes. I include comprehensive nutrition as well as workouts to complete on the days clients are not training with me. Training can take place in a small group setting or one on one. My studio is a welcoming environment that embraces diversity and challenges all to make sustainable, lifestyle changes and habits.

I believe that every BODY deserves to become the best version of themselves. Given the appropriate modifications and accommodations, every exercise is possible for every body type. A fitness journey is a lifelong commitment to better choices, positive changes, and self-improvement. Variety is the key. One repetition at a time, one better choice at a time, and one workout at a time, goals will be accomplished.

I am born & raised in Oceanside, CA, where I own my fitness studio. I received a full ride scholarship to play basketball in college. I've been an athlete all my life and trainer for 12 years. I have had Every BODY's Fit for 6 years., where my pug, Steve Nash, is the mascot. I'm happily married now for 6 years. I'm also a professional natural bodybuilder.
