Personal Trainer Overview
My training methods is an integrative approach to delegation, demonstration, and facilitation. I believe that trainers and clients should work together by providing an effective exercise program that the client can work with, and at the same time provide feedback to each other. Trainers should demonstrate the exercise before having the client facilitate the movement. This is another team work approach. Trainers should also sell something that has worked for them they believe could work for people. I'm the type of trainer who doesn't "look at the watch". I make sure my clients get the best out of my exercise program that I design.
Training Philosophy
There are no one size fit all for clients. Everyone is different. Clients learn better through auditory, visual, or kinesthetic. They also have different personality traits as well genetics. Some clients will already be in the cognitive stage of learning, which they will learn the movement/exercise from scratch or they can be in the autonomous stage of learning, where they need advanced training. Strength training is based on how well your body adapts to the movement/stress. This is why it TAKES TIME and dedication to move from the cognitive stage of learning to the autonomous stage of learning. Some will progress faster than others toward their goal. I'm willing to sacrifice my time to ensure clients get results/make progress.
