Personal Trainer Overview
I like to use barbell and body weight movements quite a bit. If you are uncomfortable with barbell movements, I always give an introduction class to start things off. However, if you're not wanting to mess with them I have many other ways to get you to the goals you are looking to achieve.
Training Philosophy
I believe in being well rounded with my training. However, if you have a specific goal in mind I can tailor my training to fit that goal. I can also modify anything so that everyone can get a great workout.
Education
Currently a senior at the University of Utah studying Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition.
Bio
I come from a team sports background. I played baseball for both my high school and a traveling team. After I graduated I enlisted in the Marine Corps and served for 5 years doing 3 tours. Towards the end of my enlistment I was tasked with getting junior Marines physically ready for deployments. This is where I fell in love with coaching and helping other people reach their goals.
