Personal Trainer Overview

We provide safe and pain-free personal training that gets our clients' results! Whether you're looking to shed fat and get ripped, or just get moving again, we got you covered.

For those living in chronic or acute pain, we also provide pain relief sessions. We help people with low back pain, joint pain, and other injuries through unique assisted mobility drills.

Training Philosophy

We service the greater Buffalo area providing in-home sessions to our clients. Sessions begin with a comprehensive assessment and injury history. Based on our client's goals, we develop a program that is unique to their abilities. Our philosophy is centered around pain-free movement-we never move into pain. We have a variety of training tools (kettlebells, bands, TRXs, bodyweight) that are used appropriately based on our client's goals and training experience. Our training is focused on building strength and movement quality. Sessions are fun, challenging and dynamic. No two workouts are the same!

Matt Heyd is an island born sports lover who has been braving the Buffalo winters for the past few years. He has a passion for helping others and enjoys pretty much anything involving physical activity. A former collegiate athlete turned book worm, Matt is always looking for ways to improve himself and others.

Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude while earning his Movement and Sports Science degree from the University of La Verne. Since then he has dedicated himself to finding the best methods possible to help his clients see results. A desire for knowledge and relentless pursuit of effective training methods has allowed him to provide fast, powerful solutions to his clients. Matt's worked with 8 year olds and 87 year olds, and everything in between.
