Personal Trainer Overview

I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the NCSF (National Coalition of Strength and Fitness) I am a 23 year old male offering one on one personal training in the Downtown Miami area.

All of my training knowledge comes from proven science studied and published by top athlete coaches,sports nutrition/exercise science PHD's.

I studied Exercise Science at the University of Miami working on my Bachelors degree. I absolutely love what I do. I have the knowledge to help you transform your body in the most optimal,efficient way possible. Every minute you spend training with me will be the fastest,safest way to achieve your goals.

I am extremely picky on what clients I choose to work with. I need clients who can 110% committed to changing their bodies to live a longer,healthier life.

I will be training you in a private gym 1 on 1. I charge LESS than any Personal Trainer with my credentials. In addition, I also can develop a meal plan catered to your lifestyle to help you achieve your goals.

I also am available to meet you at any LA Fitness gym to train you 1 on 1. I work in Downtown,Brickell,Miami Beach, Aventura, and Coral Gables.

I am an advocate of flexible dieting which allows you to treat yourself daily to foods you enjoy all while losing an immense amount of body fat. My goals are not to just train you, but to educate you. I want all of my clients to be the best they can be and i'm always here to give you that kick in the butt when you feel like giving up!

If there is anything that I really want to hammer home to any of you who are simply looking for a trainer it would be that DO NOT EVER HIRE SOMEBODY JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GOOD PHYSIQUE. It really doesn't mean anything.

Training Philosophy

My main philosophy in personal training is really to get clients to understand how the body works. There is a RIDICULOUS amount of awful information out there published by health gurus, pseudoscientists, and just con artist who are trying to rip people off. Anyone who has been in this industry for a long time will have a large understanding of this. My philosophy is to motivate, educate and change my clients whole entire perspective of fitness and health. My goal is not just to get my clients in shape, but to make sure they develop the will power to maintain or even improve their fitness for the rest of their lives.

Education

I have taken classes at the university level in Exercise Science, Sports Nutrition, Physiology, Anatomy 1 & 2 and I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Coalition of Strength and Fitness.
