Training Philosophy
From my experience, fitness encompasses not only physical prowess, but also emotional toughness and stability. It is a trainer's job to coach, mentor, teach, befriend, and guide their clients through life's obstacles. As a trainer, I will help improve my clients' physiques and physical performance; but, also build-up your confidence and overall well-being. Fitness does not have to be complicated, but it does take hard work and dedication. I enjoy motivating athletes to persevere through obstacles, and ensure they have fun while doing it.

Bio
I have been an athlete since my teenage years, but learned to hone my diet and training regimens during my eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps. As my physical performance advanced, so did the frequency in which people would request training and nutrition guidance from me. I have been helping others through the development of physical training regimens and nutrition programs since 2007. I specialize in personal training and group exercise environments, particularly in strength and conditioning through functional fitness methodologies. I am very proficient in developing physical training regimens geared towards sport specific goals, and the implementation programs geared towards general physical preparedness.
