Personal Trainer Overview
Identify your goals, wants, and needs. Efficiently assist you reach your goals and bring about the desired results and benefits you want. Eating, exercise, and lifestyle changes are all components of your program that will be analyzed.
Planning & Programming
We determine what you want, we create a program to achieve your goals. We get started and work toward those goals.
Organize
Each component of your program will be laid out with step by step procedures so you know exactly where you are while working toward your goals. Your workout will be customized to meet your needs and goals. Nutrition will be made simple. Your lifestyle will change to a healthier one. One advantage to in home consults is there are no excuses because I make the trip and come right to your door. There’s no confusion, no distractions, and no excuses. The focus is 100% on you.
Coaching / Teaching
You will be coached, challenged, motivated and given every opportunity to attain the results you want. You will be taught so you fully understand exactly what you are doing, why you are doing it, how to do it properly, and be able to continue improving.
Research
Each program is customized to the needs of each individual. One similarity between each program is that the methods used are proven methods that actually work. There are no gimmicks, no tricks, no games.

Matthew holds a BSE in Health and Human Performance from UW-Whitewater. He has minors in coaching & health promotion with an emphasis in nutrition. He has hands on experience with several of the best strength coaches and personal trainers in the local area and the nation. He has consulted with the best in his field and excels at programming for weight loss, athletes, rehabilitation, as well as injury prevention programs.
Matthew is a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) since 2001.
While in college, he worked with students, community members, faculty, professors, coaches, and every varsity athlete at UW-Whitewater from year 2002-2004. Since graduating from college, he has trained, coached, and consulted hundreds of individuals regarding health, fitness, weight loss, athletic performance, and nutrition in the Lake Country & Metro Milwaukee areas.
He has done in-home personal training in the Lake Country area since 2005.
Matthew’s clients have ranged from ages 8-80. They have been moms, dads, children, grandparents, college students, amateur athletes, and professional athletes.
He has a wide range of knowledge & experience and is waiting to help you.

Matthew has also helped people recovering from injuries or are in need of guidance to prevent or combat aches / pains / diseases. He will work with your doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapist to ensure you are doing exactly what you need to be doing in a safe and effective way.
Whether you want to lose 60 pounds or 6 pounds, run a marathon or be able to walk 18 holes on your favorite golf course, he can assist you towards reaching your goals and help you get and maintain the results you want.
