Personal Trainer Overview
My method of circuit training allows clients to cut there workout time in half while doubling its effectiveness. Too many people waste their time by standing around and talking when they should be breathing hard, exerting energy, sweating, and getting stronger.
Training Philosophy
The most effective way to get stronger, lose weight, and maintain a healthy and great looking body is to take 8-10 different exercises and fuse them into one whole circuit. Understandably so, this can be a most difficult task to accomplish. That is why I am offering my services and expertise. I will be able to show you the right techniques and teach you how to push through when you want to quit. It's all about will power and seeing the finish line.
