Personal Trainer Overview
I'm Matt Jackson and I own and operate Jackson Fitness, Inc. I hold a bachelor's degree in Fitness & Wellness, as well as four certifications (NASM, PES, TRX Group Suspension Trainer and CPR/AED Certified). I train many clients through various training techniques based upon the client's goals, general and medical information.
Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is if you work hard, stay dedicated towards your own goals, you can achieve anything. My own training consists of bodybuilding, core & functional training, Olympic Weight Lifting and Plyometrics. Diet encompasses a wide range of healthy foods (lean protein, fruits, veggies, protein shakes and plenty of water). I motivate my clients by reminding them of their goals, why they want to achieve those goals and track their progress through skin-fold assessments and fitness tests. I never give up on clients, I'm here to help anyone achieve their goals and to live a better quality of life. If you want professional personal training and the right equipment provided for each session at your home, contact me today!
