Personal Trainer Overview
I am studying to become a Physical Therapist and my course work has given me great in depth knowledge of how the body works. I put this to use in my training to give you the best results with the lowest risk of injury possible. I train at "The Fitness Center at Foothill Village," and also at "The Alta Club." You do have to be a member of the Alta Club to recieve training there.
Training Philosophy
Everyone is different, and because of that everyone requirements are different. I believe that there are many different types of healthy bodies and it is my goal to help you reach your ideal body. Personalized programs based on your fitness level and goals are what it takes to get there.
Education
I have been a part of the fitness world since 2001 and love it. I am always taking classes to stay up to date on health based information. I have a lifetime of knowledge and a love of learning the newest and best ways to reach goals.
Bio
As a child I was a gymnast and played a wide array of other sports. That started my love of fitness and it has only grown from there. In high school I joined the cheerleading world and it has taken me to many great places. I was on the Utah Jazz Stunt team for two years and their tumbling team, the flippers, for one year. I took third place in the March 2007 NPC Mr. Utah competition. Life long fitness is a goal we can all shoot for.
