Personal Trainer Overview
High intensity interval training is the way to get to your goal and to maintain it - one of the toughest obsctales to overcome. But with my techniques, including jumping rope, sprinting, walking and jogging on inclines, body weight movements and lifting weights, you will get there in no time. For example, one routine may include sprinting for one minute, recover for one minute and repeat and then on to the weight section. This method constanly keeps your heart rate moving and most of all, it is never boring.
Training Philosophy
If you want to talk about it, you have to "be about it" and I am. Living a healthy lifestyle, all the way down to healthy eating and working out 6 days a week, I don't just go through the motions but I have learned to love it. And not only do I get excited to see changes in my own body, but seeing someone else overcome obstacles with my help just makes it all worth it. With my personable and motivating attitude combined with my desire to help anyone achieve their healthy goals, I know I can help anyone in their healthy journey. I know it sounds cliche, but a smile is worth it all!

Bio
Living a healthy and fit life started at a young age. Participating in recreational activities, in addition to neighborhood pick up games, intensied my desire to learn more about fitness. After moving from southern Louisiana two years ago to Los Angeles, I finally started incorporating fitness into my profession including as a trainer and as a writer. Currently, I'm a web coordinator for a private high school, and in the past I have been a team writer for the Los Angeles Clippers, a Nike Field Reporter Correspondent and a fitness and health blogger for a local online newspaper. Besides being able to wear fitness apparel majority of the time (how comfortable!), I love working out because of the way it makes me feel and the opportunities I have to hlep others feel better about themselves.
