Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
Mark’s philosophy is simple. 1. Identify the client’s needs. 2. Develop a program that provides the most direct route to success. 3. Work with the client to customize that program and make it part of his or her routine. Whether the goal is to lose weight, tone up, increase energy, or strengthen your balance and flexibility—you name it—the emphasis is on what works. Mark will pull from his experience in strength training, core training, cardio, endurance and yoga/stretching to customize your route to success. It’s the one-on-one fine-tuning for results that motivates Mark. And it will soon be what motivates you!

Bio
In addition to decades of experience in fitness, Mark has a multitude of other interests. An avid bird-watcher since his early teen years in Pittsburgh, Mark continues to be one of birding’s most passionate advocates. In addition to frequent trips throughout Florida, he travels widely to other bird migration sites. Recent trips include Gaspé Peninsula, Costa Rica, the Dakotas, southeastern Arizona, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and the Bahamas—all at peak migration periods.
Mark’s a skilled mountain biker and a hiker. He is an expert fan of professional sports as well as a former athlete. He’s also a devoted reader. And an expert connoisseur of the world’s beers.
Today his practice is focused primarily in South Palm Beach, Hypoluxo Island, Manalapan and Lantana, Florida.
