I emphasize proper form and technique in weight training as that is truly what will get you results the fastest and minimize injury! I also specialize in nutritional counceling as well, which is, in my opinion, 75% of a person's success!

I am old school no doubt...It's fine if a person wants all the latest and greatest fad workouts, that require you to do, in my opinion, very dangerous balancing acts and so forth..But, if you want to build your physique by lifting weights, doing cardio, and eating right, then I am the trainer for you! Even though I'm old school, I still keep the workouts exciting, changing up the exercises each time, etc., so that the body continues to make progress! There are also numberous ways to make progress and get results besides just going heavier on the weights all the time...You can be assured, your workouts will have all kinds of variations in them to ensure that your body is not staying in a "maintenance" mode, and it also keeps the clients from getting bored with the same ol' workouts all the time!

I am a national-level competitive bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, and gym owner...I am the owner/operator of Metzgerbodies Personal Training & Fitness Center. I have been training clients fulltime since 1998! My senior year in high school I weighed a whopping 98lbs at the same height I am today! (5'6")...I now weigh 217lbs at 9% bodyfat...When I compete in shows, I get my bodyfat as low as 3.5% So, if I can get my bf down that low, I can surely get people's bf down into the teens and even lower depending on what their goals are!
